The
Restaurant Non Solo Crudo is owned and operated by Mr. Ivano Mondo, born and
raised in Piemonte with over 16 years of experience as a restaurateur,
and his partner, Ms. Caren Peyton, who has lived and worked in Italy
since 1979 and is originally from California.
Together, Caren and Ivano invite you to enjoy a very special
Northern Italian dining experience in a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The
cuisine is classic Piemontese, with the choice of a "degustazione"
(tasting) menu or a la carte. Among the offerings for antipasti are
Carne Cruda, Vitello Tonnato, Cardi Gobbi with Fonduta and Peperoni
Alla Piemontese. As a first course, we serve a variety of homemade
pastas, such as Plin Tajarin and Gnocchi. During the months of
September to December, we offer the famous and exquisite local white
truffles, which may be served atop any dish of your choosing. For
your main course, we offer Costine di Agnello, il Guanciale al
Barbera, la Carne de Vitello Fassone Piemontese, and other regional
specialties. To conclude the evening, our dessert selections include
homemadeTortino di Cacao with Cuore Fondente, Fiordilatte, il Būnet
Piemontese, Zabaione and the Semifreddo al Torroncino.

The cantina is
filled with many notable Barberas and other Italian wines, to
complement the fine cuisine prepared by our chef.
We will be happy to
suggest the perfect wine accompaniment to your meal selections. We
are open every day for lunch and dinner, with the exception of
